A reservation deposit of 50% of the total fee will hold your dates for the cottage. Payment can be made by check or by credit card via PayPal by clicking “Pay Now” the button below. Rabbit Hill

A large fully appointed cottage with accommodations for up to 8 people

$250/night, ask us about our special rates if you are interested in 7 days or longer stays.
Rates are for based on 6 person occupancy. Cottage can sleep up to 8 comfortably.
2 night minimum stay. Monthly rates available.
Add 6.75% NC sales tax plus a $100.00 cleaning fee. If you bring a pet, the pet fee is $65.00.

The Mountain Glen “Caddy Shack”:

A SMALLER FULLY APPOINTED COTTAGE WITH FACILITIES TO SLEEP UP TO 5 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY.

$175/night, ask us about our special rates if you are interested in 7 days or longer stays.
Rates are based on a 4 person occupancy. Cottage can sleep up to 5 persons comfortably.
2 night minimum stay. Monthly rates available.
Add 6.75% NC sales tax plus a cleaning fee of $100.00 per visit. If you bring a pet, the pet fee is $65.00.

The Spanish Oak Bunkhouse

SIZABLE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR UP TO 24 PEOPLE, WITH TWO FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS, AND THREE FULL BATHROOMS

$300/night for 10 persons, $30 a night for each additional person above 10 occupants.
Rates are based on a 10 person occupancy. The Hostel can sleep up to 24 persons comfortably. Add $30/night for each additional person
Included in the price of the rental is: Firewood for the fireplace/woodstove. Toiletries (soaps, shampoos, etc.) and Towels and Bedding (Sheets/Blankets).
2 night minimum stay. Monthly rates available.

Once your deposit is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon your arrival and check in, and can be paid by either cash or check.
